FOUNDRY. SAFE TECH COATING.

On the basis of the acquired process experiences EUROBEARINGS has directly engineered and manufactured the completely automatic centrifugal casting machines. 

  • EUB1 – 450Rpm x 3500Kg x OD 2200mm
  • EUB2 – 450Rpm x 3500Kg x OD 1500mm  

The machines have been designed in order to be extremely flexible and therefore easily adaptable to a wide range of bearings’ dimensions. The coating is therefore applied in the safest human and environmental conditions. 

Via the operator interface is possible to set and monitor all of the critical process’ parameters. When the process is validated by the QAM, the casting recipe is saved and re-called once needed. These options allows a safe and reliable process where the chance of human mistake is dramatically decreased. 

The casting shop is also equipped with:

  • Static Casting Line 1500 Kg
  • Static Casting station for Large components
  • Brazing / Soldering stations

MACHINING

The EUROBEARINGS’s machine shop is equipped in order to satisfy the large variety of demanded products. The technical team studies program, machining cycles, dedicated masks and tooling which significantly increase the efficiency value of the available capability.

The daily target is the reduction of machining time and the increase of the Quality standards even for the most complex application.

Signed agreement with qualified net of sub-suppliers allows the extension of the internal capability if needed.

The delicate manual finishing

EUROBEARINGS MEANS

COMPLETION

Once the machining is completed the components move to the Completion Cells where the delicate manual finishing is performed. De-burring, cleaning, scraping, adjustments are carried out by the skilled operators. Particular attention is dedicated to all of the details that brings the parts from machined component to items ready for inspection and assembly.

ASSEMBLY

After the inspection, the finally released components are ready for the assembly. The shop and its skilled personnel are equipped in order to perform the most sensitive assembly operations. Alignments and contact adjustments. Pressure, leakage and functional tests. Qualified welders are available for steel works and pipings. The fully assembled and tested parts, once released by QAM, are ready to be protected, packed and shipped directly to site.
