Under the EUB manufacturing and design capacities a standalone Repair Division proposes its dedicated team, its fast reactions and the ability to find the proper solutions for the complete rehabilitation of bearings and associated systems.

Complete repair of bearings and associated systems
EUROBEARINGS is developing and increasing the capacity and capability in Rehabilitation activities. The fast reactions, the correct location of the scope of supply and the deep exchange with the customer are fundamental in order to optimize and to agree on the best and faster solution to recover the components.
Repair is a very delicate business which is directly managed by the expertise of the EUROBEARINGS Repair Division that has the knowledge to suggest and execute all of the needed operations. The white metal coating can be completely removed or repaired locally through the qualified brazing, soldering or welding processes. The dedicated machining hall is an insurance of a fast and precise success.
In this process frame agreements are signed with well known coating company which complete the EUB supply with steel and bronze coating (HVOF). With this strong connections the Repair Division is able to re-built exactly and quickly not only the internal, but the external shape as well.

UPGRADING
Upgrading of bearings and associated systems
Through its advanced measurement instruments, its knowledge and expertise EUROBEARINGS is ready to perform a complete system analysis and to apply new design technology in order to optimize the performance of existing equipments.
Starting with the Reverse Engineering of the components it is than possible to proceed with the Modernization or Upgrading of the bearings and associated components in order to increase the efficiency while minimizing the power loss and the maintenance shut-down.
EUROBEARINGS technical team mission is to work in close collaboration with the customers in order to achieve the best solution and is available for analysis, problem solving and study of preventive action in order to avoid any damage. Minimizing the risks and improving the performances.
