Eurobearings is proud to base all of its activity on the constant search for total quality in each single manufacturing step.
From engineering and design, to purchasing, machining and coating, the Quality Department is in charge to oversee and monitor all of the manufacturing phases.
Raw materials, quality coatings as well as precision machining are constantly verified to be of the highest reliability level. With the mission to properly drive the excellence of dynamic, the system maintains the tracking of each part in order to guarantee the unquestionable final result. In our manufacturing chain every detail is important and EUB reserves the maximum attention to all of them.
The acquired knowledge of the manufacturing technology and quality procedures allows EUB to train and qualify its net of sub-suppliers which are consequently verified to be constantly at the same high quality level.
EUB’s quality management system is successfully audited by the key players of the Power Generation market and is conform to the ISO 9001:2015

INSPECTION
Close inspection at each step
Close inspection at each step and constant collaboration with the Production Department ensures quality in the final results, while providing data for ongoing improvements in the production process.
- Qualified operators level III and level II for UT, PT, MT, VT and RT examinations
- Internal lab dedicated to destructive tests of bond, metallographic replicas and micrographic examinations
- Metrology room with 3d measurement/modeling system
Inspectors are deeply trained on the specific product and are ready to follow internal or customer’s specifications. Quality Control works in cooperation with customers to guarantee the best solution, ultimately inspecting and certifying the entire supply.
