We are thrilled to announce a major development in our growth strategy: we have completed the acquisition of EUB India Ltd., a company in which we already held a stake. This step is not just a formal consolidation, but represents a key strategic move to strengthen our position in the dynamic and rapidly expanding Indian market.

The acquisition allows us to fully integrate EUB India’s operations, expertise, and network into the Eurobearings group. This will allow us to enhance our production and distribution capabilities and respond with greater efficiency and flexibility to the growing needs of local customers.

This investment reflects our long-term commitment to the Indian market. We firmly believe in its potential and, by joining forces, we are ready to seize new and significant opportunities. The integration of EUB India not only strengthens our offering, but also ideally positions us to achieve even more ambitious goals in the future.

A Starting in 2024, sustainability will no longer be just an aspiration, but an integral part of our growth path. For the next four years, we have planned significant investments to achieve two key objectives:

• Protection of people and the environment: We are committed to improving the well-being of our employees and constantly monitoring our environmental performance.

• Creation of value for all stakeholders: We place people at the centerof our strategy. For this reason, we invest in our team’s training, with a particular focus on leadership development and communication, to convey our values ​​both inside and outside the company.

At the beginning of 2024 a new machine tool has been installed. It’s a SPARK MILL MACHINIG CENTER characterised by a hybrid technology that combines the peculiarities of vertical lathe and the traits of a machining center.

The proposed project has the strategic objective of innovating the product representing the company’s core business, namely thrust bearings for applications in power generation (large sizes), characterized by a white metal surface coating (a particular tin alloy). They are responsible for a significant energy dissipation, are subject to problems such as irreversible plastic deformation of the coating and poor resistance to high temperatures and mechanical loads.

The Enlit Europe 2023 trade fair in Paris was an important gathering of energy professionals and welcomed more than 12,000 industry experts, 700 international exhibitors and 500 speakers.

For Eurobearings, participating in this event represented an opportunity to:

– develop and strengthen its commercial presence;
– access new outlet markets and consolidation in those already covered;
– implement new marketing strategies;
– discuss its business;

Eurobearings is proud to announce that the project involving the installation of a new system of photovoltaic panels’ equivalent to 200kW have been approved. In the path already undertaken of environmental sustainability and, even more extended to ESG governance practices, the self-production of PV energy thus rises to 300kW. This plant will allow EUB to reduce of 3.450 ton of CO 2 not released into the atmosphere, like more than 23 Millions Km not travelled by a diesel car or like 90 Thousands trees planted, as well as saving money on our energy bill.
