Our commitment to sustainability: from words to action
At Eurobearings, we firmly believe that a more sustainable future is built with everyone’s concrete commitment, starting with small, everyday actions. For this reason, we have decided to move from intentions to action.
We are proud to present our first Sustainability Report, a document that marks a turning point for our company.
A Starting in 2024, sustainability will no longer be just an aspiration, but an integral part of our growth path. For the next four years, we have planned significant investments to achieve two key objectives:
- Protection of people and the environment: We are committed to improving the well-being of our employees and constantly monitoring our environmental performance.
- Creation of value for all stakeholders: We place people at the centerof our strategy. For this reason, we invest in our team’s training, with a particular focus on leadership development and communication, to convey our values both inside and outside the company.
