SAFE TECH COATING

On the basis of the acquired process experiences EUB has directly engineered and manufactured the completely automatic centrifugal casting machines.

• EUB1 - 450Rpm x 3500Kg x OD 2200mm
• EUB2 - 450Rpm x 3500Kg x OD 1000mm
• EUB3 - 650Rpm x 200Kg x OD 350mm

The machines have been designed in order to be extremely flexible and therefore easily adaptable to a wide range of bearings’ dimensions. The coating is therefore applied in the safest human and environmental conditions.

Via the operator interface is possible to set and monitor all of the critical process’ parameters. When the process is validated by the QAM, the casting recipe is saved and re-called once needed. These options allows a safe and reliable process where the chance of human mistake is dramatically decreased.

The casting shop is also equipped with:

• Static Casting Line 1500 Kg;
• Static Casting station for Large components;
• Brazing /Soldering stations.
