Completion

Once the machining is completed the components move to the Completion Cells where the delicate manual finishing is performed. De-burring, cleaning, scraping, adjustments are carried out by the skilled operators. Particular attention is dedicated to all of the details that brings the parts from machined component to items ready for inspection and assembly.

ASSEMBLY

After the inspection, the finally released components are ready for the assembly. The shop and its skilled personnel are equipped in order to perform the most sensitive assembly operations. Alignments and contact adjustments.
Pressure, leakage and functional tests. Qualified welders are available for steel works and pipings. The fully assembled and tested parts, once released by QAM, are ready to be protected, packed and shipped directly to site.
